Over on our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages, we’re giving away over £1,000 in Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards. The top prize is £500, and five runners up will receive vouchers between £100 and £300.

The prizes

We’ll collect all the entries from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok together and choose six winners at random. The prizes are:

• 1^st place: £500 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card
• 2^nd place: £300 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card
• 3^rd place: £150 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card
• 4^th, 5^th and 6^th places: £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card

Competition Terms and Conditions

When you enter this competition, you need to be aware of important information about the competition and the prizes.  

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. This includes the Main Terms, the Additional Terms and the instructions to enter the competition.

Main Terms

• To enter the prize draw, you must:
  • Be aged 18 or older
  • Be a resident in the UK
  • Follow and complete the instructions on a competition post on either our Facebook, Instagram or TikTok accounts
  • Enter on or before 23:59 (11:59pm) on February 29^th 2024
• No purchase necessary
• There will be 6 (six) winners, with prizes allocated as follows:
  • 1^st place: £500 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card
  • 2^nd place: £300 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card
  • 3^rd place: £150 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card
  • 4^th place: £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card
  • 5^th place: £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card
  • 6^th place: £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card
• Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards are subject to Amazon.co.uk’s own terms and conditions.
• A member of the Promoter’s team will collate entries from each social media channel. 6 (six) winners will be selected at random from all entries received. Winners will be notified within 1 week (7 days) of the prize draw closing. 
• Winners will be contacted via the social media platform they entered on. They will be asked to provide contact details to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 7 (seven) days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select another from all entries received.
• Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards will be delivered to each winner electronically, by email. 
• Winners will be contacted by the official social media accounts of the Promoter only (the same accounts as the competition posts are hosted). If a winner is contacted by any other account claiming to be the Promoter or a representative of the Promoter, that account should be reported. Each social media platform has their own processes for this. 
• The Promoter will not ask entrants for any financial information, for example bank account details or card information. 
• The Promoter requires a true answer to the giveaway question “When do you feel most confident?” The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are deemed inappropriate or harmful. 
• You are limited to one entry per person. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you if you use multiple social media accounts to enter more than once, or enter on more than one social media platform. Fraudulent activities will be monitored and will lead to disqualification from the prize draw.

The Promoter will use the information which you provide or which we obtain from our dealings with you in accordance with its Privacy Policy (located at:  https://www.oceanfinance.co.uk/about-us/privacy-policy/) and to administer this competition.

Additional Terms

1. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from the prize draw if you do not comply with these terms and conditions.  
2. Employees of the Promoter and its associated companies are excluded from entering the promotion.  
3. The Promoter will not be liable for entries to the promotion that are not received, delayed or which are corrupted for any reason.  
4. The Promoter's decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.  
5. The Promoter has the right to substitute any of the prizes with a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize described above cannot be provided to a winner.  
6. The Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given.  Please take care not to delete any email containing the Amazon.co.uk Gift Card until it has been redeemed. If you receive a physical Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, please look after it carefully. The Promoter will not be able to replace Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards which have been lost or damaged such that they cannot be redeemed. 
7. The Promoter will pay for delivery of prizes to the winner where they cannot be delivered electronically by email. The Promoter will not be liable for the acts or omissions of any postal service or courier or for any failure of delivery.  
8. The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable for any expenses incurred by you over and above the prizes offered above. Winners shall use the prizes at their own risk. 
9. The Promoter reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion at any time.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to either publish or make available information about prize winners. This usually includes the first name and county of the winner(s). The Promoter also reserves the right to use comments provided to enter the competition in future social media content. Please contact us at any time if you do not want your information or comment to be used in these ways.   
11. The Promotion and the Promoter are in no way sponsored or endorsed by or affiliated with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or TikTok. The Promotion is administered by the Promoter. 
12. If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, that term shall be deemed to be deleted. The remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.   
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any dispute arising is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
